In PA we can still go to AutoZone.
Our "emissions test" is just the inspection station plugging into your computer to see if there is anything out of spec. Well guess what, if anything is out the check engine light will come on. Now you get to pay $29 or more for that service. Stop by my house and I will tell you if the light is on for a mere $20.
