$.50 per gallon road taxes should more than cover all the road repairs. It's not the lack of willingness or care about the citizens of PA, it's about mismanagement. Heck, the Gov recently tried adding a fuel tax to fund...some other BS other than roads!
It's time to start scrapping many of the agencies and policies and replace them with things that make sense and don't kill our economy. PA emissions inspection, for one.
