I'd suggest to visit a paint supplier like a Sherwin-Williams store and have a discussion with them about your project.
You'll be painting surfaces that need different processes and materials than a typical residence.
Not one poster has mentioned it but an adhesion promoter is probably going to be used on the vinyl wrapped cabinets.
Visit the store, the staff is knowledgable and will steer you along.
