Do all the older campers come with two piece entry doors? Interested in this one but not if it has a half door

I have a 1995 Palomino Bronco 1200. I think that prior to the person that I purchased it from, it had been stored indoors, because mine is in pretty good shape, structurally. There's a small soft spot in the floor near the door - I think those hinges are going to leak no matter what?
Poke around - you should be able to see the condition of the wood near the tiedown anchor points, and the legs. Bring a flashlight and look at the wood up front, under the bed storage area.
I saw one that went through a local auction, and it was 10 years newer than mine; but the underside of the top was just rotted away. Someone ignored a "problem" for too long on that one!
