Palomino Doors
Do all the older campers come with two piece entry doors? Interested in this one but not if it has a half door

We had a 1998 Palomino, I actually like the camper but you have to be careful about leaks. One of the problems with the two piece doors has a design flaw that allowed water to leak inside the door and rot out the bottom. I replaced the wood in the bottom of my door with a piece of pressure treated that I planned down to the right thickness. I think they eventually fixed the problem, but not sure when. I think it was when they changed the design so the top came down over the top of the door when closed. This seemed like a bad design because you had to unlatch the top and lift up a little to open the door but it may have been a way of keeping water out.
