I have a 2016 Palomino SS-550 and love it. It does have the 55" door but it is what it is. The quality of product and folks at D&H RV in Apex, NC are great folks to work with.
Ben, is that a two piece door?
What kind of problems do they have?
Thanks,Mike
55 inch one piece door. The only problem I have had is a few too many adult beverages and forgetting to duck far enough. There is a padded area inside but not the outside. I took the time and did the research on what was best for me. Folks will always have an opinion good or bad on what they like or don't like for whatever reason. Find what you like and go with it. No particular one is better than the other. - popeyemthExplorerGot a picture of the door today

Any problems with these?
Haven't checked it out yet
Looking for one the wife doesn't have to bend over so far to use as the half door in our Shadow Cruiser - popeyemthExplorer

Personally, Palomino would be my last choice in the pop up camper market.
Help me out here
Why do you feel like that ?
The one I'm looking at is several years (more than 10 ) old so I'd hope lots of things have been worked out but I'm not shy about working on one
