I've heard good things about those guys in the past. They're a decent sized dealership with multiple locations. I wonder if the problem is systemic or just a tactic used by these clowns you spoke with. I'd contact the higher up about your experience, what you were told, and a link to this thread even though you aren't going to buy from them. From Googling it looks like each individual's contact info is on their Our Staff page. After reading this they'll find that their reputation is going down the drain quickly.
