"Patriot Act" ?
Lying SOBs pretending to be some sort of law enforcement to threaten you with terms of the Patriot Act.
Sounds like it is time THEY get a VISIT from those who are actually authorized to utilize and take action under that Act.
In all seriousness, I'd bet your local branch of FBI would be interested in their actions.
At best, they are complete idiots who would be set straight. At worst, they are dishonest conmen who could be charged with intimidation, harrassment, possibly even impersonating law enforcement.
A call to your local investigative news dept could make for an exciting broadcast ;)
"So, Mr. undercover ninja federal agent salesman guy, tell us more about how it is your duty and responsibility to apply and enforce this part of the Patriot Act. Which part would that be, exactly?"
Response: "Uh, uh, yeah, uh, I'm a salesman. You all know we lie, so it's not a surprise, right. Uh, I can be charged with a crime for being a slimey, anti-american piece of crap? uh, I hear my manager calling me..."
