PATRIOT ACT required personal info before you can negotiate?

I have no idea if this is true. Doesn't sound right to me.

You could ask for a letter on their letterhead stating that they need they information for the Patriot Act. Ask the GM to sign it. See how far they will go.

I have an extra email address just for RV stuff. I also have a google voice phone number.

Don't give them your cell number.
