We full time.. so we don't have electric bills to deal with and I forgot to go over that.
You can get the utilities to bill you the same amount every month and then setup that amount as a recurring payment that goes out automatically.
Have all the other things... internet, cell phone etc etc billed directly to ONE (Discover/Sears) charge card every month. They will get paid automatically that way and you will only have to make sure the charge card gets paid on time.
Again, be sure to setup a MINIMUM automatic payment to that charge card from your bank account.
I would avoid letting any company bill an amount to your bank account and simply get payment without an "okay". You can dispute charge card amounts a lot easier than automatic withdrawals from your bank account.
