Peel and Stick Tiles

I used to manage a flooring store years ago. I can tell you that sheet vinyl will perform better and be easier to install than peel and stick tiles. I agree with the above post that glue-down tiles will perform better than peel n stick. The reason is that the glue is applied to the floor with a trowel which ensures enough adhesive is present to make a good bond. There's just not enough sticky stuff on the peel n sticks to get a good permanent bond with the floor. That's why water intrudes under the tiles every time you mop, resulting in the edges and corners peeling up and breaking off.
