I saw it mentioned previously when reading through the responses, but my best recommendation is to spend a few days/evenings preparing food in the camper. If you can't or don't want to do that...try just keeping a pad of paper set out on the countertop in your house. EVERY time you think of something...jot it down right then and there. As you are preparing meals between now and go time, think about what you are using and if you have something like it in the camper.
I used this method as we were reading for our first trip south last March. I couldn't load the coach until just before we left on a 2 month trip and I was worried about what I would forget.
I also kept a tote on top of the washer. Every time I used something the couple days before we left that I thought I would need--in the tote or on my list,
Don't forget medications, hair dryer, first aid items, pet items (including copy of all vaccinations), shower shoes of using the bath house. Try not to 'over pack'. It's a natural tendency.
