The first rule is that camping is an adventure and there will always be unknowns.
Don't stress over it. You will learn something new each trip.
Don't fret over forgetting a jar of mayonnaise. You will figure that stuff out in time. Be sure you have safety equipment,spare tire,flares. Do you know how to change a flat if you need to? Where is the jack etc. What is the pressure in your tires?
There are lots of electrical adapters,chocks and gizmos that you may accrue and need. But most can be found at Wal mart if you need it in a pinch.
Eating a sandwich with mustard because you forgot the mayo will be fun..
Being stranded on the roadside will be miserable.
Once you've addressed the safety concerns let the fun begin. Remember it's always an adventure be prepared to adjust and go have fun.
