I fought with them for many ,many ,many months about their down loader I was a many year( Paid subscriber) all I ever got was sorry we're working to correct this as soon as possible . this went on until my pre paid ran out do your self favor run away from them !!! do a search for free or REASONABLE priced photo hosting sites like
