Well that is pretty useless information and sure can't be called factual by any means when the DISCLAIMER clearly states:

It also is mainly targeted to "hitch extensions" which no one buy some naysayers here are talking about. Everyone is using drawbars that solve any issues and as I have said previously I think all manufacturers have already included the use of the longest normally available drawbar in their design and specifiying load limits for their receivers.
