There you have it. What one member "thinks" versus what some obviously intelligent folks posted on the Internet and what GM engineers "think". Your money, your choice.
PS: Many technical articles on the Internet contain such a disclaimer for fear that some smart lawyer might twist the information to their benefit. They put it out there, believe it or not. Their principles and mathematics follow common practices. Regardless of what someone might "think".
Funny how some people can knock other people's "opinion" but counter it with what they "think". Isn't that just another opinion?
