Be sure to dump the quick connect for the cooling system at front passenger side of intake manifold. It simply can come off and smoke the engine.
Has the intake manifold gasket been replaced?
Those are the two main culprits.
Replaced drag link, front is 100% OE other than that.

Quick disconnect if first on the list.
Intake gasket and injectors were done last year. :)
