Piece of **** inept motorists!

Totally TV related.
Woke up in the Cabelas parking lot this morning on the way to our annual vacation to see a whiskey dent in the side of my Trail Boss. Son is pulling the boat with it.
After the requisite “What did you do?” to the boy, of which he didn’t do any thing guaranteed, we replayed the night and at one gas station there was an impatient motorist in a red suv (the scrape is red) trying to fit between 2 lanes of vehicles at the pumps. Who, after yelling and honking, ended up backing out.
Thanks for the hit n run! Maybe me and the boy shouldn’t have been so attentive to be fueling 3 things at once to be considerate and get out of the way quickly. 1 of us should have been doing traffic control…

Here’s to a good couple weeks at the lake and no more whiskey dents!

It’ll all buff out except for a little crease that didn’t break the paint.
It’s more the idea of it. I have enough trouble keeping from whiskey denting my own vehicles. Don’t need any help from someone who can’t back their car up.

Although no excuse for hitting your vehicle , but it begs the question , and hopefully you are not of those that fills up, leaves the vehicle parked at the pump ,and goes inside for a half hour shopping or whatever. Seems to be a common thing these days .

Nope, injected about 120 gal of fuel into 4 tanks, 2 pumps at a time and 2 credit cards flying.
Didn’t even go inside to get the cash discount.
And didn’t hog up nothing. Never even blocked more than the pumps we were using.
I did see a Ford driver do what you said though! Lol
  • I see a lot of rub marks on vehicles from parking lots and frankly the way some creep in and out real close they probably don't even know it.

  • If you think it is worth your time the station probably has the pumps videoed.
  • And the story the red SUV driver is telling us: “some $@@$ felt he was special and blocked everyone in while he hogged three gas pumps While taking his sweet time filling his boat. “
  • If you confronted him, he more than likely would have said it was your fault for being in his way:(
