Pin Hole

I have a pin hole behind the toilet were the main water supply hose screw to the back of the toilet. I can unscrew the hose , but I can't figure out how to remove the part that need to be replace I took a picture of it but I can't figure out how to attach the picture here. Toilet is ceramic made by Theford.

    were the supply water screw to the back of the toilet this piece is also plastic attach to the toilet
