Definatly the battery and or the controller. A dead battery will NOT allow much to work correctly. Firstly Take the battery in and get a new one, I presume this is the house battery. If the TV has an old battery also it may lead to other situations. Such as not allowing th ehouse battery to charge going down the road. You may after replaceing the house battery and cleaning your grounds properly.
Have your systems checked at a real electical shop.
After you have done all this I do not figure why the TV systems are acting up??
