I don't know what the tongue weight of that TT will be for sure without the weight....but I'd imagine a trailer that long will have one somewhere between 1100-1400 lbs.
Unless you're carrying a lot of weight in the bed of your truck I don't think a 3/4 ton would need air bags. As long as you use a good quality WD hitch you should be fine.
We towed our current Jayco Eagle with a 2002 Ford Excursion before we upgraded to our current F350. If you know anything about the Excursion they are basically an F250 with a bit of a softer suspension.
Our 35' Eagle is about 9,000 lbs. loaded with a tongue weight of around 1250 lbs.
We used the Equalizer Brand WD/sway hitch with the Excursion and never had any leveling issues. Remember, air bags don't help your carrying capacity...they just help level things out.
