Planning trip through NM and AZ any cool points of interest?

On the way to Sedona on I-40 stop at Meteor City and take the tour. Also on I-40 is Walnut Canyon (Native American ruins). Slide Rock State Park is nice. The hike around Bell Rock in Sedona is nice also. For Restaurants, go to the Coffee Pot (have 101 Omelets). Also Javelina Cantina has very good Mexican Food.
