Don, Just a thought , was your TT designed by the mfg. to do this ?
I would be careful adding aftermarket items to anything being used on a public highway where it might cause injuries to the public. You should be asking 'your' insurance companies legal bureau, where you stand in the event if this tote that 'you' added , should it detach from your rig , that the trailers frame was altered by 'you' to handle it .
Beware of legal wording, read the fine print from the tote mfg.
Watch your combined length as well. It might be ok to triple tow but watch the C.L. It will vary from state to state, be ready for some traffic law homework if you plan to do interstate travel.
See if the totes MFG. will do a written frame inspection of your TT frame before you purchase it.
