Hopefully, someone will post a simple diagram. It is a very straight-forward scheme. The hose from the tank attaches to the inlet of the pump (you may have a crude filter on this line). The supply for the water system attaches to the other side of the pump.
You will have two wires, a positive and negative that connect to the pump to supply power. Some makers put an inline fuse closer to the pump and some makers have the wires connected through the distribution panel with a fuse there. These are, of course 12V supply wires, NOT 120V.
