Boon, I think you nailed it, this makes a lot more sense: they probably were never going to show up. Wanted me to deposit the cashier's check, sign the paperwork they would send me, then wire 7 grand for the "shipping fee" to "Shippers Incorporated", then have the cashier's check bounce.
Wow... that makes a lot more sense. Well, hopefully that means there won't be any weird thugs waiting at the house tonight.
