please recommend USB outlet that works Boondocking

I charge my phone at night. one of the new Androids that uses the Turbo charging system 2X. My Wolf Creek has a USB charger built into it, but it don't even work when the shore power is plugged in...

Our USB outlets in the new Wolf Creek don't work either. So far they are the only DOA problem with it. The 12V socket next to it does work however and we use that to charge devices. I used a Hyperjuice conversion kit to modify my Mac charger cord so I can charge it directly from 12V DC.

Frustrated with the USB charging outlets though. Will probably pull them out to see what the problem is.
