please recommend USB outlet that works Boondocking

I charge my phone at night. one of the new Androids that uses the Turbo charging system 2X. My Wolf Creek has a USB charger built into it, but it don't even work when the shore power is plugged in...

Turbo charger spec is 9 or 12v output, not typical 5v of normal USB. Could be your charger is the 12v version and there is insufficient headroom for it to regulate with (12.7-12.0) for example.

Look into a turbo charger that advertises 9v output, that should work well with lower 12v input.
