If we are all in agreement about dispersed camping, we should just plan this on a major holiday so the working stiffs (me) have extra days to travel and stay. Even though holidays are packed at campgrounds, you can always find dispersed spots.
I know I already have commitments/plans for Memorial and Independence Day and my schedule is pretty full through the first half of August.
