PNW Meet n Greet - Looking for interest?

Due to our house selling next week right before Memorial Day, we are going to be needing a place to unwind right before that busy weekend.
Do you think Moses Lake ORV would be viable? I know it was mentioned as a possible Meet n Greet location but I am unsure how hard packed the ground is for camping off of Sand Dunes road. We would have the RV + sailboat with no 4wd (but we do have the dual sport motorcycles to get around). Really don't want to get the sailboat stuck in the sand the first time out, but if it is hard pack in some areas where you can set up camp?
