Yes, it may seem weird on the surface, but I have an odd relationship with my 5.4L F250; I like it...but I don't love it...and my thinking evolved into "if I'm going to drive a big honkin' truck, I may as well go the full nine and go back to diesel (and this time a 1-ton and perhaps even DRW)." To complement the TT, I am thinking of buying a used TC for 1-night and/or solo trips also, and my F250's 2464lb of payload would be extremely limiting for those purposes.
Not fully decided on trailer size, which was part of my interest in starting this thread; there are obvious advantages to going larger and obvious advantages to keeping it compact, and I figured the thread would provide a lot of "food for thought," which it has.
