My previous RV had the bathroom sink plumbed into the black tank. I wish my current one did. It made it simple to finish filling the black tank before dumping, just turn on that faucet. I am not aware, however, of an outdoor sink being plumbed into a black tank.
For the OP, are you SURE it is black tank water that you are seeing? Gray tank water can stink just as bad as black tank water.
