Thanks....this is all kind of what I have assumed. I have been in contact with the manufacturer as well but they haven't been helpful and claim I have to work with a local dealer to get it fixed, they do not perform repairs at the factory. I understand needing something repaired under warranty that was an honest mistake but the number of things wrong with the trailer is mind boggling to me.
