I have been in contact with the manufacturer as well but they haven't been helpful and claim I have to work with a local dealer to get it fixed, they do not perform repairs at the factory. I understand needing something repaired under warranty that was an honest mistake but the number of things wrong with the trailer is mind boggling to me.
How far are you from the manufacture? Haul it there and park in their entrance. They might actually play nice with you then.
