But that's just the point - no RV owner has an "on site electrician" to interpret those drawings, nor an "on site anything". You may consider yourself to be an exception but many if not most RV owners have
little understanding of the inner workings of their RV, nor do they even care to understand. The RV manufacturing industry's expectation is that if something goes amiss an owner will take the RV to a qualified tech ... which is also what RV dealerships want as well -
more work for the tech repair side of their business, not less. Manufacturers are supposed to
support their authorized dealers, not circumvent them, so there's just no reason at all for any manufacturer to do what you're asking.
