Can be done but the important thing is the propane supply system.
Rubber hose from the regulator output down to black gas pipe underneath.
Then soft copper from the black pipe under the floor up to the appliances.
The stove installation is pretty simple. I see used pop up appliance on Craigslist often.
The heater will be more complicated since it needs to be next to a wall so the outside vent can be installed.

The two-burner stove and a Big Buddy is the easiest way to go. The stove can then be used outside.
