Popup tent trailer Quicksilver 8.0 add heater and stove?

My son just bought a used 2010 Quicksilver 8.0 which is really basic. Can we upgrade the counter top top add the 2 burner stove and furnace below. There is no propane at this time, so we would have ...

I called a local dealer and Quicksilver and no one returned my call with options. I will tell my son that the Mr Heater has to have a window open and don't sleep with it closed up . Cooking inside is even more problematic also with no venting.
