Occupant weight has nothing to do with a trailer's CCC which is calculated by the manufacturer as an allowance for cargo carried in the trailer while it's under tow.

Well if that's the case you'd probably want to consider a high wall popup, the most popular of which was the Fleetwood Niagara, this one not far from you being
an example. Fleetwood at the time even tried in it's advertising to convince prospective buyers that this model was better than a travel trailer as it offered pretty well everything a TT does but in a package that's much easier to tow. I'm not sure I totally agree as one still has to deal with tenting but they did have a point insofar as what this model offers once set up.
