- eastbaygal123ExplorerThank you,ToedToes. I was just wondering about that. I would never dump grey water on the ground, or in a pit toilet. I might be better off getting one of those simple containers that have 2 wheels and a handle and just wheeling it to the dump site.
- toedtoesExplorer IIIPlease check at the campground BEFORE dumping into the toilets to make sure it is OK. Not all pit and/or vault toilets can handle the additional "load".

This is genius! Of course, a lidded 5 gallon bucket. And I was going to pay $177 for a fancy tote! And since it's gray water only, I was hoping to dump in the toilet at the restroom. Not nearly as obvious.
Thanks all, for your suggestions. Love this forum.
How high is your discharge pipe off the ground. Is it higher than a 5 gallon bucket? I guess you could use a short garden hose to fill bucket?
A proper waste tote will always be easier, but not cheaper than a 5 gallon bucket - eastbaygal123ExplorerThis is genius! Of course, a lidded 5 gallon bucket. Thanks all, for your suggestions. Love this forum. - wildtoadExplorer IISince the gray tank only holds 6 gallons, a twenty gallon tank should be more than sufficient. If you only put 6 in it, it should be very easy to handle b
- corvettekentExplorerI use a 5 gallon bucket from HD, get the lid too.
- Mike134Explorergray water? 5 gallon bucket
- CA_TravelerExplorer IIIA RV portable waste tank doesn't work for you?
