portable holding tanks
What is the best portable holding tank to buy? Does two or four wheels make a big difference? Is the 27 gal. bigger in size to carry than the 18 gal?

I have a 4 wheel one, 40 gallon i think. I can pull it behind my truck because it has a handle that fits over a trailer hitch.
