as mentioned above the little back flow valve is stuck and please do not get real physical with it or you will break it. if you can not get it to turn off then you may want to replace it. If memory serves me right there are about four or five different replacement valves so remove the old one and take it with you to the RV dealer so you can get the right one or you will just have to go home and get it. save yourself a trip.
