This sticker posted on driver's door is mandated by NHTSA as payload as equipped with trim/options and includes all fluids full. No driver or passengers though. No dealer or aftermarket accessories. Compare similarly equipped half tons as you hit the dealer lots.
No pickup ever pulled into a campsite with an empty truck bed. Mine never was when I towed with a pickup either.
F-150 Max trailer towing package is hard to find on the lots. Most people custom order. HD payload package as well. For 2014, GM has the highest payload for typical dealer lot trucks. Get the 3.42 or 3.73 axle.
