Thanks for the suggestions, it's appreciated. My son is going to give Randy a call at Best Converter. BTW, I should mention we have no idea "how" the water entered the trailer for sure. It could of been the vent pipe since we were going to replace the roof jack after cleaning the roof. There were few cracks in the Dicor on the old one. Maybe once I pull the converter there will be a clue. I also don't know what the wire gauge size is until I physically measure the wire since there are no markings on the insulation.
