Power hitch cover housing

I have a 2011 Passport 3050BH and it has a power hitch. I don't know who the manufacture is of the hitch. The housing for the hitch is all dry-rotted and broken. I have done some searches on the net but can't find a replacement. I don't need to replace the hitch, just the housing. Is that something that can be bought? If so can anyone point me in the right direction?
