Pre trip charge
We are new to using our travel trailer and I have a question on charging it before we go out for the weekend. Unfortunately we can not bring our trailer to our home to plug it in because of the cars...

That is exactly what I do as well.
OP, get a good charger (link to read up on battery chargers). Don't forget to bring the batteries with you and re-install them before towing as your brake's break-away circuit requires the battery to work.
