pure-gas.org show there are 132 station in Idaho selling ethanol free gas. That's what I'd be using. There's is certainly a benefit to using ethanol free because you will get better fuel mileage. By using 87 octane ethanol free you would probably spend less than buying the 92 octane to get away from the ethanol. However, your truck should run fine on either E10 or pure gas. It's a modern enough vehicle not to notice, except for the worse mileage.
