Premium Fuel?
In my area we have regular fuel 87 octane with ethyenol and premium 92 octane without ethyenol. My truck (2007 Chevy 2500HD 6.0L) does not NEED prem. fuel. Is there any issues running prem. fuel? I kn...

As for using high octane than statd...it actually d damage in the long run as the higher octane burns colder causing higher deposits. In todays world there is no reason o design using higher then 87 octane. Hyundai engines run 10:1 compression on 87 as do most new cars. You can even lower the octane level used by introducing it slowly....the computer will adjust. It will result in slightly lower HP but no ill effects.
