Price of new Ford 3.5 EB F-150 XLT (Are they Crazy)

I didn't read this whole thread. I got a 2011 F-150, 5.0 V8, with 12,000 miles on it last summer from a private individual for under 20000. He was a old man running a small business that had retired. He had 2 trucks and didn't need this one anymore so he sold it.

I can't see ever buying a new vehicle when you can do some looking around and buy a used one a lot cheaper.
