Price of new Ford 3.5 EB F-150 XLT (Are they Crazy)

I do not think you can compare any vehicle to previous years because every year there are more standard wiz bangs and gizmos.

Add to this the aforementioned regulations and increased reliability year over year and you end up with higher priced vehicles regardless of make or model.

Likewise you cannot compare pickups to SUVs. Try hauling two adults and four kids in a pickup or four bicycles inside an SUV. Two different animals. Each fills a certain niche.
