Prices for Diesel Fuel vs Gasoline
Recently, in Denver, I've been seeing diesel fuel for 20 cents a gallon less than gasoline. Is that the case in other parts of the country? Any explanation?

Back in 1999, Diesel was always the same or much less than Regular. But it varies around the country just like prices vary.
Currently in SE OK, diesel is only 10c cheaper. Are there more diesel refineries and that brings the price down? Or is it Supply and Demand? Really hard to tell, since Premium is outrageous.
