Well, I'm glad that's cleared up.

Paying 10 cents less than gas at my station. Diesel is at or just below gas here.

here at home in Mount Airy, NC diesel fuel is 26 cents a gallon HIGHER than regular gasoline. But when you have 2 people that provide the fuel what else do you expect. I know price fixing is illegal, but prove it.

OMG, living with refineries all around us here. To re-iterate a previous post .... why is gas and diesel more expensive here locally than from those away from refinery cities? Diesel was always way much more expensive than gas here which made me wonder how truckers and others could afford those prices but lately the two are running neck in neck at $2.29. The high price of diesel was one of the reasons I went to gas.

Grocery store has best pricing overall so each month doing routine shopping/survey each week and buying gift card which we use to pay for groceries we end up with $0.80--$1.00/gallon discount over current pump price.

He's talking about Fred Meyers / Kruger's. Besides being close to me, I use them for the same thing. Always get 20 - 40 cents off per 35 gal fill up. The truck holds 36 gal and of course the DP holds a lot more.

At the gouge and rip-off stations(next to the interstate Hwy) Diesel is $1.00 to $1.80 a gallon lower in price than Regular Gasoline 87 octane.

At the stations away from the Interstate almost a dollar lower in price. In San Diego County, less than 3 miles from the U.S. Mexican Border.

Winter (fuel oil season) is coming. The price of diesel will go up...
